Registration
Participants may register online, by phone, or by fax.
Payment
Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Sportplay Inc. and sent to Box 430 283 Danforth Avenue, Toronto Ontario M4K1N2. Coaches do not accept payments. N.S.F. cheques will be subject to a $20 administration fee.
Waivers
Waivers must be completed prior to the commencement of any Sportplay program. If a waiver has not been received prior to the start of the first class attended, the child may not be allowed to participate. A waiver is required for each registration.
Discounts
Sportplay offer a 50% discount for the third child of a family registered in the same season or week of camp (excluding Winter Holiday Camp). If children are registered in different classes, the discount will be applied to the class of lowest cost. Not valid with any other offer or discount. Discount will automatically be applied in cart during registration for seasonal classes, for Summer Camp please contact the office to have this discount applied.
Weekly Classes

Mid-season registrations are welcome at a pro-rated fee and subject to space availability.
Deregistration
Sportplay will issue full refunds, less a $20 administration charge for class withdrawals, if done prior to the start of classes.
A prorated refund will be offered, less a $20 administration fee, for a session cancelled within the first 2 classes. Classes will be prorated to the class following the deregistration request.

Cancelled Classes
Sportplay reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrolment, facility cancellation, or staffing availability. Additional dates or pro-rated refunds will be issued for classes cancelled by Sportplay Inc.
Missed Classes
If you are expecting to miss a class contact the registration office at registration@sportplay.ca or 416-465-7439 prior to the scheduled class, a make-up class may be available. Sportplay does not offer credits or refunds for missed classes.
Transfers
Transfers are only offered between Sportplay administered programs and are subject to space availability.
Make-up Classes
Make-up classes may be permitted for missed classes, but are subject to the availability of space and equivalent classes. Make-up classes may only be scheduled in the season the absence occurred. Soccer make-up classes are only offered in the event that Sportplay cancels the class and a rain date will be scheduled*.
*Due to the shortened season Sportplay does not offer make-up classes for Fall KICK Outdoor Soccer.
Camps
Late Registration

Deregistration
Sportplay will issue full refunds, less a $20 administration charge per child, for camp withdrawals if done 7 days prior to the start of camp. A credit, less a $20 administration charge per child, will be offered for withdrawals received less than 7 days prior to the commencement of camp. Once a camp has commenced a prorated credit will be applied to the account; refunds are not available. Fee will be prorated to the day following the deregistration.
Cancelled Camps
Sportplay reserves the right to cancel camps due to low enrolment, facility cancellation, or staffing availability. Additional dates or pro-rated refunds will be issued for camps cancelled by Sportplay.
Absences
If you are expecting to miss a camp day contact the registration office at registration@sportplay.ca. Sportplay does not offer credits or refunds for missed days.

Make-up Classes
Sportplay does not offer make-up dates for missed days at camp.
Multiple Week discount
Sportplay offers a 10% discount for each child registered for four or more weeks of summer camp. Please contact the office to have this discount applied. This discount will not be displayed online during registration. Not valid with any other offer or discount.
Birthdays and Parties
Deposit
Upon booking a birthday party a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit is processed once a registration form is completed.
Guests
You may have up to 20 participating children at no additional cost. If you wish to exceed 20 children there will be a charge of $5 per child plus applicable taxes, up to a maximum of $50. The additional amount, if applicable, will be charged to the credit card on file the week after the party. Unfortunately Sportplay is unable to accommodate more than 30 children without prior consent.
Time Slots
Sportplay books the first time-slot first. Regretfully, the second time-slot for a party is only available if the first slot is booked; with the exception of St. Paul's on Sunday.
Birthday Trial Class Coupon
Sportplay offers one free trial class to new participants in weekly classes. These coupons are not valid with any other offer, are non-transferable and are subject to space availability. Limit 1 coupon per participant. Trial class offer is subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
Sportplay will offer a refund for a party, less the $50 deposit, for a party cancelled with greater than 7 days notice. Sportplay will offer a refund for a party, less a $150 cancellation fee, for a party cancelled with 7 or less days notice. This fee is to cover the cost of the facility and coaches.
Rescheduling
Sportplay may be able to accommodate a change in time, date, or location. Please contact the office for more information.
Daycares
Registration
All daycares are required to complete a booking form. A link will be sent to you from programs@sportplay.ca. Fill in the booking form and send it back to us by clicking on submit.
Supervision
Daycares are expected to provide at least one support staff during the visit. Each Sportplay visit is based on a maximum of 20 participants each hour with one Sportplay coach and one daycare staff. An addition Sportplay coach is $30.00 per coach per hour.
Payment
An invoice will be sent to you from administration@sportplay.ca confirming your visit. When you receive your invoice please make sure the information is correct. If there are any discrepancies please phone the office at 416-465-7439 ASP.

Cancellation and Rain dates
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice are subject to $30/hour fee (plus facility costs, if applicable) of the scheduled booking.
Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice, but less than 7 days, will be offered a make-up date, a credit for the full amount or a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with at least 7 days notice will be offered full refunds.
Rain dates - It is best if you have an indoor alternative; either a gym, multi-purpose room or cleared out classroom. In a smaller space we can adapt games on the few occasions there is rain. You can also reschedule if there is an opening but otherwise we have to bill for the time.
